Catering

At Lokstallarna, our food and beverage provider is Matverkstaden. Food and drinks for your exhibition area can be ordered through Matverkstaden, no later than one week before the event takes place. Information regarding prices and the menu will be shared closer to the event.

Information Regarding Assembly and Disassembly Periods at Lokstallarna

ASSEMBLY – CORRIDOR

Mon, May 19: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Tue, May 20: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Wed, May 21: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

ASSEMBLY – PODIUM

Tue, May 20: 8.30 AM – 6.00 PM
Wed, May 21: 8.30 AM – 6.00 PM

Delivery Gate – Northern end: Gate 7, or southern end depending on your exhibition location.
Pallet jacks will be available on site. If you need additional space for deliveries or storage outside your exhibition area, please contact us.
No vehicles are allowed inside the hall. Deliveries must be transported into the exhibition hall using the pallet jacks available on site. (Vehicles are only permitted in exceptional cases – please contact Ann Isler regarding this.)
Parking – is available in various locations around the Stora Vagnhallen (SMS parking/parking app, EasyPark zone 3308) and with a parking disc.
Corridor space: Will be marked in all four corners + the name of the program point.

DISASSEMBLY

Sun, May 25: 6.30 PM – 8.00 PM
Mon, May 26: 8.30 AM – 8.00 PM

In addition to the points mentioned under assembly, the following applies during the disassembly days:

Pallet jacks will be available.
A maximum of 3 vehicles allowed in the hall at the same time.
Exhibitors are responsible for their own waste, and no materials may be left behind.
Exhibitors at the main location must respect the assembly and disassembly dates.
The exhibition space must be restored to its original condition during the disassembly period (May 25–26, 2025).
Failure to complete disassembly by the set dates will result in a fee.
Dogs are not allowed in the exhibition hall during the assembly and disassembly periods.

During the festival days, we expect all participants to be present at their exhibitions and available for the press.
