Information for participants exhibiting in the city
Here we’ve gathered information for those exhibiting in the city during Southern Sweden Design Days 2025 – all the information you need before the festival!
Collect the communication materials for your location
Posters, maps, window decals, and balloons are now available for pick-up at Form/Design Center. This year, we're adding extra balloons to every participating location to celebrate the festival's 5th anniversary!
Pick up your kit from the staff on the 2rd floor. Feel free to bring your own bag.

Opening hours: Tuesday–Saturday: 11 AM–5 PM
(Mondays: Call +46 40 644 51 50 and we’ll open for you.)
Note: The material is sorted by location. The person responsible for each location is the one who picks up the materials.
Tickets to the Main location
If you’re exhibiting in the city and want to visit the Main location, we offer 2 free tickets per program activity. If you need more, you can purchase up to 10 tickets at a reduced price of 45 SEK each. Note: Free or discounted tickets must be booked in advance.
Instructions on how to book your free tickets and purchase discounted ones can be found in the email we sent out on 30 April with the subject line 'Locationmaterial och biljettinformation'.
Visitor Statistics
To help us compile statistics and evaluate this year’s festival in the best way possible, we need to know how many visitors you had at your program activity.
During the festival days, May 22–25, we’ll send out an email at the end of each day with a link to a form where you can easily submit your visitor numbers. Note: If you’re participating with multiple program activities, you’ll need to submit one response per activity. The deadline to submit all statistics is June 10, 2025.
Tip: Try to submit your numbers right away – it’s easy to forget the visitor count if you wait!
Why is this important?
Submitting your visitor statistics helps us to:
- Compile the final numbers for our official festival report
- Share the results with our partners and the public
- Measure the festival's impact and reach
- Strengthen our efforts in developing the festival
Evaluation
In order to develop Southern Sweden Design Days together with you, we’d love to hear about your experiences from this year’s festival. By answering our evaluation form, you’ll help us improve and create even better editions of the festival in the future. After the festival, we’ll send out an evaluation form via email. We’d appreciate it if you could take the time to complete it by June 10, 2025.
