Fina rum 

I’m Johanna Högberg, designer and interior architect. The space on Helmfeltsgatan consists of two retail spaces with individual entry. 2009 I opened the store ”butik Fina” in one of the two retail spaces, selling a limited and up-market assortment of clothes, furniture and craft. Since the spring of 2018 I run ”Fina rum” in the other retail space. ”Fina rum” is meant to be used for exhibitions, events of different kinds and pop-up stores. This space is 17,5 sqm, light and beautiful with a large display window, wooden flooring and white walls.

Ohboy Hotel

Ohboy is a multifaceted work of green brutalism. Raw concrete meets lush greenery on balconies, facades, and rooftops. The building is designed as a pilot project for reducing car usage in the city—adapted for smart mobility focused on cycling, walking, and public transport.

Here, you can exhibit in the building's Orangerie, a unique space on the rooftop with views over Västra Hamnen, Öresund, and Malmö. A toilet and a small kitchen are available. The terrace facing Turning Torso offers a magnificent view of Västra Hamnen and Öresund. On the ground floor, you can display in the reception of the Ohboy hotel and showcase items in the hotel rooms. Palmgatans kollektivverkstad

Palmgatan Collective Workshop is a charming shared workshop located in Sofielund, housed in a former auto repair shop. The space is shared by various individuals and organizations and serves as a hub for leisure, prototyping, and production. We, the people sharing the space, are a diverse group of artisans, crafters, architects, designers, medieval enthusiasts, and other creative souls.

The workshop is equipped with medium-sized woodworking machines, along with electric and hand tools for communal use. In addition to the 100 m² indoor area, we also have a 200 m² enclosed yard, used for our hand-powered forge, welding, construction of larger installations, and working with clay as a building material. Besides production, the workshop can also be used for workshops or exhibitions for limited periods upon agreement.

Ridhuset Folkets Park

Ridhuset in Folkets Park, as the name suggests, is a former riding arena that is now used for various events and activities. The building has a spacious design with exposed roof beams and a generous ceiling height, giving it an open and airy feel. It is located in the southwestern corner of Folkets Park, near the bouncing cushions and children's area at Folkets Trädgård. The nearest entrance for visitors is the Old Entrance/Norra Parkgatan Entrance. Please note that the venue is not heated and has a maximum capacity of 300 people.

Ridhuset offers several practical features:
